The second phase will be built this Spring on the other side to give the condos a charming little neighborhood feel. We have two different basic configurations which we call the Ranch and the Loft. Each phase has 18 units 9 of the Ranch and 9 of the Loft. The Ranch unit has 1215 square feet, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs is the Loft unit with 2200 square feet and up to 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. This month the architect and builder is running two special offers free granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms and no association fees for one whole year. So if youre thinking of buying soon, you might want to take advantage of these offers. Both units come standard with many high quality features Whirlpool appliances, lighting fixtures and mirrors, hardwood bamboo flooring in the kitchen and entryway, solid core doors, Andersen windows, a Juliet balcony with Inswing French doors, wiring for cable and internet, and a parking space and storage in the heated garage underneath, just to name a few. You are able to select coloring on your carpet, wood floors, cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We do sell retractable screens for the Juliet balconies If you dont buy and elevator in the Loft, the closet on the first floor is bigger. You have two options for a washer and dryer in the Loft. One is upstairs a large utility room. The second is on this floor and would need to be stackable unless you dont buy an elevator. The base price for the Ranch with 12 hundred 15 square feet is $219,990. The base price for the Loft with 22 hundred square feet is currently $249,990 Thats with the open loft on the second floor. If you want the two bedrooms upstairs, as we have in the model, thats $13,900 added to the base. And one large room with the bathroom and utility room upstairs would add $11,900 to the base. We have price lists for both models if you wanted exactly everything as you see it. That can give you an idea of pricing on optional features and upgrades. The association fees for the Ranch unit are about $188, $216 for the Loft unit. We have a list of what is included in those fees if you would like to see the details.
